Wingman Reports

Wingman Reports is a product that delivers ERP reports to WhatsApp for business owners, with an emphasis on a clear marketing message, correct UX and a display that distills complex data into something understandable and useful. The work combined product, marketing and content around a very practical business need.

Our mission

The goal was to take a busy and heavy ERP world and turn it into clear updates that arrive exactly where business owners already are: WhatsApp. At the same time, we refined the product message, the presentation language and the way in which the value was perceived from the very first meeting.

The work plan

The work included developing product pages, refining messages, UX design for presenting reports, organizing a content layer, and building a product experience that speaks to business owners and not just to technology or ERP people.
