Donezo Projects

Donezo Projects is a task and project management system built for real team work: Kanban, timers, responses, files, reports and UI in the process of transitioning to Tailwind. The goal is to give better control over execution, responsibility and a complete picture of what is happening in each project.

Our mission

We wanted to build a system that is not only satisfied with “task cards” but creates a complete work environment for teams. This means managing times, documentation, files, statuses and reports within the same flow, without switching between unnecessary tools.

Work plan

The work included defining the task model, building a clear Kanban, connecting timers, responses and files, designing reports, and planning a UI transition to a more modular language with Tailwind. At the same time, we have maintained a flexible structure that allows us to expand the product in the future.
