The CRM system is connected to the Donezo ecosystem for managing leads, customers and follow-up processes.

Donezo CRM is a separate CRM layer but connected to the Donezo ecosystem, designed to manage leads, customers, treatment stages and follow-up actions in an orderly manner. The focus is on building a system that supports sales and service processes without confusing them with the project management layer.

Relevant to service companies, SaaS and teams that build an operational system or an internal product around sales, customers and follow-up processes.

Donezo CRM was built as part of a wider ecosystem, so it had to stand on its own as a clear work system, but also integrate properly with products and processes that already exist around the business.

The system had to Separate leads, customers and follow-up actions, without confusing the user and without hardening the product too early. It’s a business structure challenge, not just screens.

An Excel sheet, a generic CRM or a quick connection between plugins would not have solved the problem. When you build a system that supports a sales and service process, you need an architecture that enables growth, control and a clear work experience.

The business challenge

Why a simple solution was not enough

The solution that Wizz built

Wizz designed a CRM layer with clear entities, an orderly pipeline, focused work screens and product logic that allows the system to be expanded in the future without breaking the experience or the The business model.

How it was translated into execution

  • The goal was to design a CRM that stands on its own but speaks properly with the other Donezo products. That is, not just a table of leads, but a system that understands treatment stages, responsibility, customer history, and the potential of connecting to the world of tasks and execution.
  • The work included characterization of lead and customer entities, building a pipeline flow, planning work screens, logical connection to the existing ecosystem, and defining a follow-up layer that can be further expanded to automations and alerts.

The actual result

  • CRM layer More clear for sales and service teams.
  • Product infrastructure that can grow without burdening the user already in the first version.
  • Correct basis for future connection between CRM, operations and automations.
