“Hanni” is a leading company in the field of personal development. I have carried out extensive research together with the Institute for Researching Futures in Education in order to understand the strengths and the points that need to be strengthened. After receiving this information, a comprehensive work plan is created and, together with about ten experts each in their field, the journey of each of Hanni’s customers begins.
The mission at “Hanni” was to use everything that exists but to create something new, uniform and professional, all while promoting the sales process and creating a feeling of “urgency” to take action (CTA) and creating an emotional connection with the surfers. The goal was to present the research that was carried out in the form of a web application, to create a questionnaire that would replace the outdated form of taking the details of the research participants and which would be used by therapists to map the weak points and strengths of Hanni’s clients and, of course, the most important of all – to promote a sales process for Hanni’s three services. In order to bring the idea to life and unite all the parts, I contacted the Wingman company, and together we created two websites, an app and a spectacular UX. All of these provide a solution for the Hanni team, potential customers and existing customers. The goal is to ensure a smooth and accessible user experience.
We developed the user experience in the Nani project with the approach of “bringing scientific evidence” to the brand and to a field that focuses on the body and the mind, including the dynamics of multiple processes and the complex interaction of the user experience. The project included elements that create an emotional connection, and a complex statistics application, and thus we created an image website, a landing page and a Web application that are not complicated to use, but provide important insights to the user. The team devoted a lot of time to understanding the needs of the users and introducing the key indicators of the research that Hanni conducted together with the Institute for Researching Futures in Education. We worked in collaboration with the researchers of the Future Research Institute, to understand what additional information can be incorporated into the research application.
