“For me” is a digital platform that accompanies citizens in exercising their rights against institutions such as national insurance, the income tax and the health system – including processes such as applying for a tax exemption, submitting medical forms, exercising social rights and more. Our mission was to simplify the complexity: to turn bureaucratic processes into a clear, pleasant and precise journey, which encourages the user to act – both on an emotional and practical level.
Our mission was to create a website that would make it easier for users to understand, submit and exercise their rights – a process that is usually accompanied by complicated forms, legal language and oppressive bureaucracy with the National Insurance and other institutions. At the same time, we were required to develop a system that would simplify and streamline the work on the side of the business owner as well – so that the entire process would be as automatic, smart and time-saving as possible.
Due to the multitude of services and the wide audience that the system needs to serve, we started with an accurate characterization of the types of users and the processes that each of them goes through. We created user experience maps, defined goals for each stage of the customer’s journey – from entering the website to completing the form filling – and began working in layers: first we developed the questionnaire mechanism, then the personal area interface, and finally we integrated an emotional design that speaks at eye level, even to those who are deterred by bureaucracy.
