Real estate boutique

The challenge in this project was to bring apartment sellers and not necessarily buyers. We designed and developed a unique website for them that does exactly that. We did this by emphasizing the sales of the deals that Boutique Real Estate was able to obtain for their customers. The website presents the company’s properties in an impressive way and includes a smart and friendly search system, which improves the user experience and optimizes the process of locating the properties.

The mission of Wizz

The goal was to create a website that would first and foremost attract apartment sellers, while also providing a comprehensive response to buyers. The reason for this is that in the local real estate market, the ability to attract quality sellers is a key to the success of the business. Therefore, when we designed the user experience on the main page, we chose to emphasize the company’s strengths first. We chose to present an interactive strip of the properties that were recently sold so that the potential sellers can see the distinct successes of the Herzliya real estate boutique. We started by characterizing the business, researching the site’s goals. At this stage, we understood in depth the scope of the activity, the characteristics of the property or the service we want to convey to the user. After that, we implemented customized development solutions that immediately identify essential data such as the type of business, the size of the display area – all with the aim of creating a focused and relevant user experience And to make the search process fast, we have integrated Ajax-based development, which ensures that users can find the necessary information without the need to refresh the page. The use of advanced technologies allows us to illustrate the value of the site for different target audiences and ensure an optimal user experience throughout the process. In order to develop the project in a way that would enable self-management, quick search for users and a fast website in general, we used PHP technologies. We developed a custom theme (Custom Theme) for WordPress using PHP and the REST API, which combines the advantages of posts and pages to create entities such as an apartment, office and building. Now every employee can add content easily and quickly, in full compliance with business needs The site in WordPress because the team made it clear from the beginning that they want to manage the site themselves. That’s why we chose a technology that would allow them to manage the content in a customized way so that everything works as fast and well as a dynamic code.
